Responsible use of MYinc EDMS

MYinc EDMS is a business document-management service. Use it only for authorised organisational records. Users must protect credentials, follow their organisation’s access rules, avoid unlawful or unauthorised content, and understand that administrative and document actions may be audited for security, compliance and support.

Authorised use

Access is for authorised users and organisations only. Users must not share passwords, attempt to bypass permissions or use the service to access records they are not entitled to view.

Business records

Users remain responsible for filing and handling records according to their organisation’s policies, applicable law and contractual obligations.

Service security

MYinc may apply session controls, access logging, rate limiting and other reasonable security controls. Material policy changes can require users to acknowledge the updated terms again before access continues.
