Privacy in plain language

MYinc EDMS uses essential session cookies for authentication and security. Business document files remain in the connected Microsoft 365 workspace unless an authorised feature temporarily processes a permitted file. EDMS stores business metadata, workflow, audit and configuration data needed to operate the service. The current sign-in Privacy & Terms acknowledgement expires after 30 days or sooner if the policy version changes.

Private Microsoft 365 workspace

MYinc EDMS is designed to use selected Microsoft 365 access rather than broad access to a user’s entire OneDrive. Each organisation controls its own EDMS workspace and user permissions.

Essential cookies

Secure session cookies are required to authenticate users, maintain the signed-in session and protect requests. Theme preferences may be stored locally on the user’s device. These essential technologies are required for the service to work.

Audit and security

Sign-ins and authorised business actions may be recorded for security, troubleshooting, compliance and accountability. Contact MYinc for access, correction or support requests relating to the EDMS service.
